Title:
ORE-DRESSING WITH AIR-CARRYING AND WIND POWER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012041628
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an ore-dressing method with an air-carrying and wind power with which at the time of dressing the usual nonferrous metallic ore, as a concentrated method at the present, in which after crashing the ore into fine particles, a magnetic ore-dressing, a specific weight ore-dressing, a floating-up ore-dressing, etc., by using water for ore-dressing, are used, however, the ore-dressing can be performed with the carrying of the air, that is, the ore-carrying and the wind power without using the water for ore-dressing.

An iron and non-ferrous ore is crashed and fined to from the crashed ore into the fine ore in a dried state. The ore powder finely powdered, is moved with the air-carrying by using the gravitation and the wind power, and the separation by the gravitation difference, is performed during moving, and after performing the separation, the ore powder is dropped by the gravitation, and flied by the wind power from the broad-side on the way of dropping. In this method, the differences of the distance and the time, are generated by dropping by the gravitation difference, and then, new ore-dressing and concentration, are performed.
