PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short-circuiting of upper and lower electrodes in the upward of a dividing portion even when an ITO layer is divided and arranged.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device includes: an ITO layer which is divided and arranged in a region where a pixel opening is formed; a capacity insulating film arranged on the ITO layer; a lower electrode arranged on the capacity insulating film; an organic layer arranged on the lower electrode; an upper electrode arranged on the organic layer; and a flattening member arranged so that inclination of a cross-sectional difference portion of the lower electrode is made to be gentle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
