Abstract:
To provide a novel organic compound which has red light emission with high color purity only with a basic skeleton itself, and to provide an organic light emitting device with high light emission efficiency using the organic compound.
There is provided the organic compound represented by structural formula (1), wherein R1 to R24 are each independently selected from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group, a silyl group, and a cyano group.
