Abstract:
To provide a new substance with which a life of a light-emitting element is increased and emission efficiency thereof is improved.
A carbazole compound having a structure represented by general formula (G1) is provided. Furthermore, as each of substituents (R1, R2, Ar3, and α3) in general formula (G1), a substituent from which a compound having a deep HOMO level and a shallow LUMO level is derived by substituting a bond thereof with hydrogen is used. Further, as each of substituents (R1, R2, Ar3, and α3) in general formula (G1), a substituent from which a compound having a wide band gap (Bg) and a high T1 level is derived by substituting a bond thereof with hydrogen is used.
