PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL light source sheet, a planar light emitter, an interior lighting toy, and a plaything which are easy to be formed into a large area and free shape.SOLUTION: The organic EL light source sheet includes: a substrate 2 made of resin having flexibility in a form of a tape or a strip (rectangle or strip); a plurality of light emitting cells 3 of the same shape continuously formed on the substrate 2 along a long side direction of the substrate 2 and electrically connected on the substrate 2; and bus electrodes (anode bus electrode 8, cathode bus electrode 9) formed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 2 and connected to the plurality of light emitting cells 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
