Abstract:
To provide an organic EL panel with a high connecting reliability with peripheral equipment.
This panel comprises a first terminal group 2B comprised to be connected with a plurality of a first electrodes 2A and partly concentrated, drawn out and formed on the substrate 1, a second terminal 2C connected with a second electrode 5A and drawn out and formed at the first terminal group 2B on the substrate 1 leaving a prescribed distance, and a dummy terminal 2D formed almost adjacent to at least one of the first terminal group 2B or the second terminal group 2C and not connected with the first and the second electrodes 2A, 5A.
