Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device that is enhanced in heat radiation performance in an integrated circuit device.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device has a board containing a display area DP and a frame area FR, plural layers laminated on the board, and an integrated circuit display IC mounted in the frame area FR. The plural layers in the display area DP contain a first conduction layer An1 separated into plural pixels, an organic EL layer E1 overlapped with plural first conduction layers An1, and a second conduction layer Ca which is continuously overlapped with the organic EL layer E1 above the plural first conduction layers An1. The plural layers in the frame area FR contain convex portions Pr which are formed to have thermal conduction layers (An1, etc.) formed in the same process as the layers formed in the display DP and contact the lower surface of the integrated circuit device IC. Furthermore, the plural layers contain connection layers GT which are formed in the same process as the layers formed in the display area DP, and connect from the second conduction layer Ca to the thermal conduction layers (An1, etc.) in the convex portions Pr.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
