One kind of hole injection material expressed by a formula has large hole injection capacity, and an element characteristic of the element using this and the light emitting service life can be improved. In the formula, R1 to R10 represent an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic group or the like, and X1 to X12 represent O, S, H or N to which an alkyl group or an aryl group may bond, and A1 represents an organic group having molecular weight not more than 500.
