Abstract:
To provide an organic electroluminescent device in which emission efficiency, emission lifetime and manufacturability are improved.
The organic electroluminescent device 10 comprises a function layer 7 including a hole block layer 6 and a light-emitting layer 5, and a first electrode 3 and a second electrode 8 for applying a voltage to the function layer 7 wherein the hole block layer 6 contains a copolymer of vinyl pyridine monomer, and vinyl monomer including an electron transportation unit contained in a light-emitting layer.
