Abstract:
Organic electro luminescence device (OELD) has two substrates (110,130) facing each other and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval; an array element formed on the first substrate and with a thin film transistor (TFT); an organic electro luminescent diode formed on the second substrate; and a spacer (114) covered with a conductor electrically connecting a drain electrode (112) of the TFT and a first electrode of the diode. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating an organic electro luminescence device.
