Abstract:

To provide an organic EL device in which pixel electrodes having different thickness depending on each pixel are formed by fewer process than conventional ones and which can realize a high display performance as well as a low cost, and to provide a manufacturing method of the organic EL device, and electronic equipment.

The organic electroluminescent device is provided with pixels XR, XG, XB having a light emitting functional layer 110 interposed between first electrodes 23R, 23G, 23B and a second electrode 50 and a unit pixel group Px consisting of the plurality of the pixels XR, XG, XB. Each of the plurality of first electrodes 23R, 23G, 23B in the unit pixel group Px is formed of an independent or a combination of a plurality of conductive membranes 11, 12 having different etching selectivity.
