A reflecting layer 101, a first transparent electrode 104, organic EL light-emitting layers 105, 106, and a second transparent electrode 107 are laminated in that order, emission light from the organic EL light-emitting layers 105, 106 is reflected toward a front face of the display device with the reflecting layer 101. The reflecting layer 101, formed of a material capable of conducting electricity, is connected with electric wires. Further, the reflecting layer 101 is electrically insulated from the first transparent electrode 104 by an insulating layer 102 provided on the surface of a first transparent electrode 104 side.
