Abstract:
To provide an organic light-emitting element in which drive durability at room temperature is improved without largely losing emission efficiency, and a remarkable deterioration is not shown even under high temperatures exceeding around 100°C.
The organic light-emitting element has a positive hole transport layer, an organic light-emitting layer, and an electron transport layer, and contains tetraaryl diamine shown by a chemical formula (1) or its derivative in the positive hole transport layer, and all or a part of the organic light-emitting layer is composed of a mixture of a positive hole transporting compound and an electron transporting compound.
