Title:
ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012079900
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an organic electroluminescent element having an excellent handleability and capable of preventing mixture between a light-emitting layer and a lower layer of the same when forming the light-emitting layer by a wet process by using an a liquid-like organic semiconductor or an organic semiconductor having liquid crystallinity, in an organic electroluminescent element having a pair of electrodes consisting of an anode and a cathode, a taper-like bank formed on the anode, a layer formation region sectioned by the bank, and at least one organic layer formed in the layer formation region and which includes the light-emitting layer.

An organic electroluminescent element has: a light-emitting layer including a gelatinized crosslinked polymer, and a liquid-like organic semiconductor or an organic semiconductor having liquid crystallinity; and a positive hole injection layer or a positive hole transport layer crosslinked by a crosslinking agent.
