Abstract:
An organic electronic device pertaining to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with a substrate and an organic electronic element laid on one surface of this substrate. The substrate has a metal layer and an insulating layer laid at least on one side of the metal layer and comprising synthetic resin as main constituent. In an absorption spectrum obtained by measuring the insulating layer with a Fourier transform infrared absorption spectrophotometer, an area ratio of a peak at wavenumber 910 cm-1 to a peak at wavenumber 1,730 cm-1 is 0.017 or smaller.
