Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic phosphor which makes light emission of high brightness blue or green color by excitation with the use of a light source in the range of wavelength of 380 to 420 nm, and to provide a light emitting element and a light emitting method for obtaining blue color light emission using the phosphor material.SOLUTION: A pyrene derivative is represented by general formula (1). (In the formula, Rto Rare hydrogen atom, aromatic hydrocarbon group which may have substituent, alkenyl group which may have substituent, alkynyl group which may have substituent, alkyl group which may have substituent or the like, respectively independently, and at least one of Rto Ris a substituent except for hydrogen atom).
