Abstract:
To provide an organic halide decomposition treatment system by which PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl)-containing waste is made absolutely harmless.
The organic halide decomposition treatment system has a pulverizing means 13 to pulverize final waste 12 in which the harmful organic halide 11 remains, an extracting means 16 to extract the remaining organic halide 11 from the pulverized waste 14 with an extracting solvent 15 and a dehalogenating means 18 to dehalogenate the extracting solvent 17 containing the extracted organic halide 11.
