PURPOSE: To obtain the subject material, containing an organic high polymer compound and a cellular inorganic fine powder supporting a liquid antistatic agent and excellent in mechanical strength and persistence of antistatic effects.
CONSTITUTION: The objective material obtained by dispersing (B) cellular inorganic fine powder, having 1-70μm average particle diameter and ≥100ml/100g oil absorption and consisting of cellular gyrolite type calcium silicate, spherical cellular silica, silas balloon, etc., supporting (A) a liquid antistatic agent consisting of a polyether-modified, amino-modified silicone oil, etc., in a volume of ≥50ml based on 100g component (B) in (C) an organic high polymer compound, such as rubber or plastic. The component (A) in an amount of ≤oil absorption of the component (B) is supported thereon.
