To provide a transparent resin composition containing an organic-inorganic composite material having adequate inorganic particle dispersive properties and transparency and useful as an additive for contributing toward improving various physical properties of a transparent resin.
The organic-inorganic composite material comprises an inorganic material to which a polymer of a specific structure bonds chemically. The transparent resin composition comprises the organic-inorganic composite material.
