PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of times of changing fine metal masks.SOLUTION: An organic light emitting display device includes a first electrode 120 in red, green, and blue sub-pixels atop a substrate 100, a hole injection layer 131 over the substrate 100 so as to cover the first electrode 120, a hole transport layer 133 atop the hole injection layer 131, an auxiliary layer between the hole injection layer 131 and the hole transport layer 133 in the red sub-pixel, a red light emission layer 134R and a green light emission layer 134G formed in this order atop the hole transport layer 133 in the red sub-pixel and the green sub-pixel, and a blue light emission layer 134B atop the hole transport layer 133 in the blue sub-pixel.
