Abstract:
To provide an organic light emitting element which is highly efficient without cross talk due to leaking light and is easy to pattern, and its manufac turing method.
Reflective layers cover all the parts but the light emitting face of the light emitting layers, which is concave seen from the light emitting side. Further, the luminous layers using photosensitive polymer is put under plastic deformation after patterning in a photolithography method.
