To provide a drying system by means of organic material carbonization decomposition high temperature water which permits production of high temperature water by the use of an organic material carbonization decomposition furnace for low-heat generation amount and permits drying using the hot temperature water.SOLUTION: A drying system includes a housing shaped hot water circulation part having a hot water jacket 17 provided with a substantially flat-plate shaped and heat exchangeable upper wall part having a space part in which treated water can be caused to flow, in a wall and a tubular lateral wall part, a flue which is vertically provided on the upper wall part and discharges smoke therethrough, a projection part 12 which is provided on the upper wall part and projects organic material thereinto and an air suction means 13 which is provided on the neighborhood of lateral wall part lower end and can adjust air quantity, heat insulating material is brought into close contact with the whole region of outer circumferential surface of the hot water jacket to cover with the heat insulating material 20, a gap of a lateral direction which is surrounded by a tubular lateral wall part and allows air to flow between the outer circumferential side and the lateral wall part is provided and a substantially tubular organic material carbonization decomposition furnace wall which forms a space part for allowing the organic material to be smoked therein on the inner circumferential side is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
