PURPOSE: To obtain an organic matter-containing residue incinerator facilitating a reduction in an installing space, operation and maintenance management and having excellent thermal efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: This organic matter-containing residue incinerator comprises a dehydrator 10 for separating into solid content and liquid containing mainly water content in shochu or a clear distilled liquor distilled residue, a concentrating can 20 for heating to evaporate the liquid taken out by the dehydrator 10 to take out the liquid containing the solid content remaining in the liquid as the concentrated liquid and taking out the vapor, a fluidized bed incinerating furnace 30 for incinerating the concentrated liquid from the can 20 and the solid content and the liquid from the dehydrator 10, and a catalytic burner 43 for burning the organic content in the vapor from the can. The furnace 30 has a waste heat boiler 37 having combustion waste heat as a heat source and air preheaters 35, 38. The vapor generated from the waste heat boiler is introduced to the heater 22, the high temperature air preheated by the preheaters 35, 38 is introduced to an assist burner 39. Further, the burner 43 has a vapor preheater 44 from the can 20 with the waste heat by the combustion as the heat source and an air preheater 45 for burning the vapor.
