PURPOSE: To improve a methanol synthesis efficiency by providing a stock gas reflux line between this side of a methanol synthesis apparatus of a stock gas supply line and an injecting gas supply tube of an injection bed gasifying furnace, and supplying part of stock gas to the injecting gas supply tube to use it as part of the injecting gas or the whole of the same.
CONSTITUTION: Between a stock as supply line 62 for supplying stock gas for methanol synthesis from a heat recovery apparatus 57 to a gas washing apparatus 58 and an injecting gas supply tube 56 sealed with a water seal tank 63 is provided with a stock gas reflux line 1 including a damper 2 and a blower 3. Further, the injecting gas supply tube 56 is provided with an oxygen gas supply tube line 4 for combustion support gas including a damper 5 for adjusting the flow rate of oxygen gas, and oxygen gas can be supplied at need. Hereby, since inert gas partial pressure of stock gases such as nitrogen gas and carbon dioxide gas is lowered so that a methanol synthesis efficiency is improved.
