To miniaturize a food residue treatment apparatus.
An organic residue treatment apparatus is constituted so that many kinds of food residues are processed into a fermented treated product in a cylindrical tank. The tank is equipped with a vacuum mechanism for evacuating the tank, an electromagnetic induction body 12 arranged in a circumferential part to generate heat by an induced current and stirring blades 11 for stirring the food residues in the tank. This tank comprises a first layer comprising a magnetic body made of a metal such as iron constituting an inner peripheral surface, a second layer having an electromagnetic induction body arranged thereto and covering the entire side surface of the outer peripheral surface of the layer comprising the magnetic body, and a third layer forming the outer peripheral surface covering the second layer. A current is supplied to the electromagnetic induction body 12 to heat the food residues and the tank is evacuated to process the food residues under stirring.
