Abstract:

To provide an organic resin-coated steel sheet with an elongated service life in which the adhesion of an organic resin layer is excellent, and the occurrence of the peeling and blistering of the organic resin layer at the edge faces and the ones occurring from flaws reaching the steel can be prevented.

In the organic resin-coated steel, the surface of steel is provided with an oxide layer comprising Fe, P and V, the surface of the oxide layer is provided with a silane coupling agent layer, and the surface of the silane coupling agent layer is provided with an organic resin layer.
