PURPOSE: To improve deoxidation function by providing a lower layer consisting of a hydrophilic coating layer and an upper layer consisting of an org. resin film layer through which oxygen and water permeate and having laser non- penetrating holes through which metal tons do not permeate on a metal.

CONSTITUTION: A lower layer consisting of a hydrophilic coating layer is provided on a metal and an upper layer consisting of an org. resin film through which oxygen and water permeate and metal ions do not permeate and which has laser non-penetrating holes is laminated thereon to obtain an org. resin-metal laminated body with deoxidation function. In addition, it is pref. that as the upper layer, an org. resin film provided with penetrating holes made by a laser and between the lower layer and the upper layer, a layer contg. a coating or an adhesive, especially at least 50% organosiloxane polymer is provided. When possibility of dissolution of iron through the oxygen-water permeable film of the laminated body is examined, boiled beer is placed in a sterilized glass container l1 and a lid is closed by a deoxygen sample 3 and a caul 4 and is clamped by means of a clamping tool 5 to keep it standing for a specified time and the concn. of iron in beer is examined.
