Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solvent-soluble, high-mobility, high-flexibility polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon copolymers, especially heteroacene copolymers and heteroacene analogue copolymers having tunable permittivity and exhibiting high mobility.SOLUTION: A polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon copolymer (PAHC) comprises a mixture of at least one heteroacene monomer unit having the specified formula (A), at least one monomer unit having the specified formula (B), and specific monomer units.
