Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the electrical characteristics and reliability of an electrolytic capacitor using an organic semiconductor as a solid electrolyte and, at the same time, to improve the yield of the capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: A double-case structure is constituted by housing an inner case 4 housing a capacitor element 1 in which an organic capacitor is impregnated in an outer case 6 after sealing the inner case with an inner sealing resin 5, such as the polyurethane resin, etc., and sealing the outer case 6 with an outer sealing resin 7, such as the epoxy resin, etc.
