Abstract:
To provide an organic solar cell having further higher photoelectric conversion efficiency.
The organic solar cell includes: a bulk hetero-junction layer 3 including a p-type organic semiconductor having electron imparting performance, an n-type organic semiconductor having electron accepting performance and fine particles of an organic pigment; a transparent electrode 2 provided on one surface side of the bulk hetero-junction layer; and a counter electrode 4 provided on the other surface side of the bulk hetero-junction layer, wherein the fine particles of the organic pigment is fine particles of a specific organic pigment.
