The organic solvent dispersion of a composite resin is provided, comprising the composite resin and an organic solvent, wherein the composite resin is composed of (A) a propylene-1-butene random copolymer having specific physical properties and (B) at least one copolymerizable monomer selected from ,-monoethylenically unsaturated group-bearing monomer(s) including specific monomer(s) and other copolymerizable monomers or (C) a polymer of the copolymerizable monomer(s) B.
