In the organic solvent recovery system 1B, the performance of a condenser 20 is improved by lowering the concentration rate. An increase in the cooling temperature of a cooler 300 from 28°C to 40°C and an increase in the introduction temperature of an air-supply heater 500 from 33°C to 70°C are thereby allowed, leading to a reduction of the utility consumptions of the cooler 300 and the air-supply heater 500. The energy used by the whole system can thus be reduced.
