Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011165877
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an ink having superior solubility with respect to various solvents and using a TTF derivative capable forming a film by a printing method, such as inkjet, and to provide a method of manufacturing an organic transistor that uses the same and applications thereof.

The ink for electrical device includes a tetrathiafulvalene derivative represented by the general formula (I), wherein X is an atom selected from among carbon, sulfur and nitrogen atoms and may be identical or different.
