Abstract:
To provide an organic transistor which has high mobility and a large current on/off ratio and is excellent in storage stability.
In the organic transistor having an organic semiconductor layer, the organic semiconductor layer contains at least one of compound represented by general formula (1). In the formula (1), X1-X10 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a straight chain, branched or cyclic alkyl group, a straight chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, and a ring A is a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring, a substituted or unsubstituted naphthalene ring, a substituted or a unsubstituted thiophene ring, or a substituted or a unsubstituted benzo[b]thiophene ring.
