Abstract:
To provide an organic transistor having high mobility and large current on/off ratio and superior in storage stability.
The organic transistor has an organic semiconductor layer, which contains at least one kind of compounds represented by general formula (1). In the formula (1), X1 to X20 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl group, straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy group, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, and furthermore, X2 and X3 or X4 and X5 may be combined with each other to form a substituted or unsubstituted benzene ring.
