Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste gasification furnace which can produce a fuel gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide as main components in high efficiency in one furnace. SOLUTION: The organic waste gasification furnace into which a gasification agent (oxygen or air) and organic wastes containing plastics as a main component are supplied to produce a gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide as main components by the thermal decomposition reactions and partial oxidation reaction of the organic wastes is characterized by disposing nozzles 3, 3' for supplying the gasification agent (oxygen or air) 102, 102' in the upper and lower portions of the circular gasification oven, on the tangential line of a circle concentric to the gasification furnace, disposing a hole 2 for supplying the organic wastes 101 between the upper nozzles and the lower nozzles, disposing a melted ash takeoff hole in the bottom portion 7 of the gasification furnace, and disposing a hole for taking out the produced gas 103 in the top portion of the gasification furnace.
