Title:
ORGANIC WASTE FERMENTING/DECOMPOSING MACHINE HAVING POROUS BAG MAKING TREATMENT TANK PRESSURIZED/DEFORMED BY SPIRAL SHAFT AND ORGANIC WASTE DECOMPOSING MEDIUM AGENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000325931
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a treatment machine which is simpler and easier to use, does not require the replacement and disposal of a decomposition medium material, and can be used continually by installing not only simple, vertically moving gravity agitation but also additional right and left pressurizing frames and occasionally an intermediate pressurizing frame and doing various types of externally pressurized agitation.

The spiral shaft 9 of a driving machine 8 is connected to a lowermost part pressurizing frame connecting pin 5 or connected to a porous bag making treatment tank pressurizing rod 7 and an upper part pressurizing frame connecting pin 4. An upper part pressurizing frame 2 and a lower part pressurizing frame 3 fitted to the inner part right and left walls of a treatment machine main body 1 are balance-moved continually, the agitation of an organic waste decomposing medium material 16 and organic waste packed in a porous bag making treatment tank 10 and others are done, and an undecomposable fine powder residue is dropped of a residual powder storage drawer 13 and discharged outside the main body 1. In this process, the inside of the main body 1 is kept at a proper temperature by a heater 14 and supplied with oxygen by an air supply/discharge apparatus 15 so that the decomposition of the organic waste can be done continually.
