Title:
有機廃棄物の処理装置および処理方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4334298
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The reactor has a corrosion-resistant internal receiver (7) surrounded by a pressure-resistant external receiver (6) with a space between them. A tube (8) outside the external receiver connects the space and the internal receiver to keep them at the same pressure. The internal receiver has a heating zone (3), a reaction zone (4) and a cooling zone (5) : The internal receiver has a heating zone (3) to heat the organic waste introduced at a temperature above the critical point of water, a reaction zone (4) for keeping and decomposing the waste at a temperature above the critical point of water, and a cooling zone (5) to cool the treated fluid (11) containing a decomposition product from the waste at less than 100 [deg] C. The connecting tube is equipped with a heat exchanger. The internal receiver is made of titanium, tantalum or titanium-palladium and the external receiver is made of low-carbon steel, stainless steel or a nickel alloy. The temperature of the internal receiver in the reaction zone is greater than the critical point of water and can reach 500 [deg] C. The internal and external receivers are constructed to be removed easily at the limits of the three zones. One end of the internal receiver is fixed to the external receiver and the other end of the internal receiver is connected to the external receiver by a structure which can absorb a differential expansion due to the heat between the two receivers. The equipment also includes a feed line supplying the organic waste to the internal receiver, with one end of the feed line connected to the internal receiver, the other end of the feed line extends into the reaction zone of the internal receiver so the organic waste and the water or hydrogen peroxide in water are mixed and set to react in the reaction zone. A tube made of material which is resistant to high temperatures is placed around another tube for evacuating the treated fluid from the internal receiver, with a seal between the two tubes made of material resistant to high temperatures. A unit can detect a difference in pressure between the internal receiver and the external receiver, or the presence of water or hydrogen peroxide in water in the space in order to detect a leak in the internal receiver.
