This organism information collecting device has a cover part 11 for covering the top face of a device main body 1 and a display part 12 formed on the cover part 11. The cover part 11 is constructed with this side inclined downward to a user. A fastening part for fastening the main body and the cover part is provided on the remote side from the user, and the section of the cover part is formed substantially like a mountain extending from the fastening part to the forward part, whereby when the cover part is opened, a display part is prevented from coming into contact with foreign in the rear of the organism information collecting device main body so as to solve the problems of damage and breakage, so that the reliability and durability as the organism information collecting device can be improved.
