PURPOSE: To provide an organosilicone resin coating compsn. which is free from a solvent and is suitable for a protective coating, for metals, plastics and the like, and a corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant paint and the like by comprising a specified hydroxy-functional organosiloxane resin copolymer and a liq. silicone resin compsn.

CONSTITUTION: This organosilicone resin coating compsn. comprises: (A) 100 pts.wt. hydroxyl-functional organosiloxane resin copolymer comprising at least two units selected from among an MeSiO3/2 unit, an Me2SiO2/2 unit, a PhMeSiO2/2 unit, a PhSiO3/2 unit, a Ph2SiO2/2 unit, and a PrSiO3/2 unit and having a content of a residual OH group bonded to an Si atom of 0.5 to 6 wt.%; and (B) 1 to 100 pts.wt. liq. silicone resin compsn. obtd. by reacting a phenylsilane (i) represented by formula I with polydimethylsiloxane (ii) and a compd. (iii) represented by formula II (wherein Z represents a 1-10C perfluoroalkyl) and then hydrolyzing the reaction product.
