Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify an orientation control device for a suspension tool by a method wherein the rotary center of each of the support shafts of four sheaves rotatably mounted to a guarder is positioned eccentrically to the rotary center of the sheave, and the brackets of the shafts are linked to each other through a link to rotate the shaft.

CONSTITUTION: In order to perform a revolving motion, the rod of a motor- operated cylinder device 35 is protruded to extrude a link 26 rightwardly. In which case, rotary centers Sa-Sd of sheaves 9a-9d are moved counterclockwisely centering around rotary centers Pa-Pd of eccentric shafts 21a-21d. Thereby, since the sheaves 9b and 9d are moved in a direction in which it is separated away from a trolley 5, ropes 2a and 2d are pulled toward the revolving device 20 side. Meanwhile, the sheaves 9a and 9c are moved toward the trolley 5 side, the ropes 2a and 2d are unwound toward the trolley 5 side. Thereby, a distance between sheaves 6b and 8b and a distance between sheaves 6d and 8d are reduced, a distance between sheaves 6a and 8a and a distance between sheaves 6c and 8c are increased, and a suspension tool 7 is revolved in the direction of an arrow mark.
