PURPOSE: To obtain orientation processed goods superior in strength, gross and transparency, by method wherein dielectric heat treatment of a mixture of at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin having a specific relation among them is performed.
CONSTITUTION: When a thermoplastic resin mixture forms sea-island structure and dielectric constants (106Hz, 20°C) and dielectric tangent (106Hz, 20°C) of island (domain) ingredient resin and sea (matrix) ingredient resin are made respectively D, M and tan δD, tan δM, a relation of n.tan δD/M.tanδM≥2 is given. When dielectric heat treatment of a mixture of at least two kinds of thermoplastic resin having a relation like this is performed, only the island ingredient resin is made into an appropriate temperature preferentially and wholly uniform orientation processed goods can be obtained. For example, vinyl chloride resin, vinylidene chloride resin and chlorinated polyethylene can be mentioned as the island ingredient resin. Then combined resin of at least one or two out, for example, of high-density of medium-density or low-density polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene-propylene copolymer resin can be mentioned.
