To obtain an oriented resin film excellent in printability, shrinkage behavior, transparency and stiffness and having no fear of causing environmental pollution.

This oriented resin film has (a) a uniaxially oriented film substrate layer comprising 60-90 wt.% (A) propylene-based polymer, 5-35 wt.% (B) polybutene-1 and 5-35 wt.% (C) petroleum resin and/or (D) hydrogenated terpene resin and (b) a uniaxially oriented film surface layer comprising 70-94 wt.% (A) propylene-based polymer, 3-30 wt.% (B) polybutene-1 and 3-30 wt.% (C) petroleum resin and/or (D) hydrogenated terpene resin at one or both side of the substrate.
