Abstract:
PURPOSE:To accurately measure the flow rate of fluid to be measured without any thermal distortion influence upon an orifice plate at the time of welding by providing a conduit and the orifice plate. CONSTITUTION:A conduit I(8) and a conduit II(9) which serve as an upstream flow passage and a downstream flow passage for the fluid to be measured are provided. Further, the orifice plate 12 which has surfaces fitted to the fitting surfaces 10a and 11b of flanges 190 and 11, ports 13a and 13b, and a weld zone 14 are provided on a surface which are interposed between the flanges 10 and 11 and abuts on them. Then, the flanges 10 and 11 and weld zone 14 constitute a coupling holder 15 to couple the conduits I(8) and conduit II(9) with each other. Thus, the mounting of the orifice 12 and the coupling between the flanges 10 and 11 are easily performed by clamping a female screw 10b and a male screw 11b threadably, and a connection part is sealed, i.e. welded without contacting the orifice plate 12. The accurate flow rate of the fluid to be measured can be measured.
