Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orifice plate reducing the vibration of a pipe and noise caused by the vibration by dispersing the disappearing point of cavitation bubbles, namely, the restoration point of the cavitation in the flow direction of fluid.
SOLUTION: A first through hole 10a provided near the center of the orifice plate 10 and a plurality of second through holes 10b provided near the circumference are so formed that the inside diameter of the former is larger than that of the latter, the first through hole 10a is set to a flow nozzle shape with a wide entrance, and the second through hole 10b is set to a straight pipe shape with no change in the cross section in the pipe shaft direction.
