PURPOSE: To obtain an original film guiding structure for surely guiding and carrying original film to a punch hole making part.

CONSTITUTION: A guide plate 262 is disposed corresponding to a level difference between the upper surface of a fixed surface plate 206 and the upper surface of female blade blocks 248A-248C. The guide plate 206 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the surface plate 206, and both ends thereof are bent downward nearly at right angle and fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of a supporting plate 264. The plates 262 and 264 are guided to be moved by a shaft 268. A moving block 272 is attached to the plate 264 and moved between a position where the plate 262 conceals the blocks 248A-248C and a position where it exposes them by driving a cylinder 274. When negative film is carried from a cassette side, the blocks 248A-248C are concealed so that it may not be caught by the level difference.
