Abstract:
To provide an original printing plate capable of forming a hydrophilic/water repellent pattern with a high contrast in a short time without using a laser light and having high storing easiness.
The original printing plate is equipped with a photo-catalyst layer containing zirconium oxide, and a water-repellent layer. When a printing plate is manufactured from this original printing plate, the water-repellent layer of the original printing plate is selectively irradiated with active light.
