PURPOSE: To attain copying at a time without replacement of originals by placing plural originals on an original placing plate while arranging them.

CONSTITUTION: The original placing plate 4 is reciprocated in left and right directions in a prescribed speed. The light irradiated from an original exposure lamp 1 is reflected on an original face and irradiated to a photosensitive drum 3 via lens array 2. A developing machine 5 visualizes an electrostatic latent image on the drum 3 and transfers the image to a sheet of transfer paper P. Originals 12-1∼12-4 are arranged and placed on an original mounting glass 4' in the order of the original placing plate 4 scanned through movement. Since the plural originals are arranged and placed in this way, the originals are copied by one original placing without replacing originals.
