The ornamental hairpin 1 includes an elongated insertion portion 10 inserted into the hair, and an ornament member 20 attached to a front end side of the insertion portion 10. The insertion portion 10 includes: an insertion piece portion 11 with strip-shaped insertion pieces 11b and 11c; a support member 12 to which the ornament member 20 is attached; and a coupling member 13 coupling a base part 11a of the insertion piece portion 11 and the support member 12. The front end 13a of the coupling member 13 and the support member 12 are coupled in such a way as relatively turnable around a first shaft 14 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the coupling member 13. The coupling member 13 is divided into a plurality of parts in the longitudinal direction. The adjacent front end 13a and an intermediate part 13b, or the adjacent intermediate part 13b and the rear end 13c are respectively coupled to each other in such a way as relatively rotatable around a second shaft 17 or 18 parallel to the width direction of the insertion piece 11b or 11c respectively.
