In a medal unit 77, by housing the metal outer peripheral part 55 of the metal disc 54 of a medal (an ornamental medal forming work 50) in an installing recessed part 75 and, in addition, engaging the outermost peripheral projecting part 56 with a locking recessed part 76, a medal is installed in a medal installing part 71 favorably stably. Since the metal outer peripheral part 55 of the medal is covered with an outer frame body 70 made of silicone rubber, even when the medal unit 77 is mounted to an exterior matter such as a portable apparatus or the like, in the most case, the exterior matter touches not the medal but the soft outer frame body 70. In addition, since an ABS resin layer 51 serving as the ornamental region (a region to be cut) is not rigid, the layer 51 is easily cut.
